SEN. OWAN SET TO DECLARE FOR GOVERNOR OF CRS

All is now set for the official declaration of interest of the distinguished senator representing Central senatorial district to run for the office of the governor of Cross River State come 2019.
A statement from his media office stated that the official declaration is scheduled for Wednesday, September 5th 2018 at Ikom, the headquarters of Central senatorial district.
The statement reads “You are most respectfully invited to the Governorship aspiration declaration of the people’s senator, John Owan Enoh at Ikom Local Government on Wednesday, 5th September, 2018. We will be honoured to have you grace the occasion”.
The statement further added that the House committee chairman on Finance’s ambition to gun for the number one position in the state is borne out of his passion and zeal to bring about the desired change which Cross Riverians clamour for at this time. It says ” We must demonstrate our collective determination and passion to bring Cross River out of life support through the owanified movement “.
According to an ardent supporter of the senator, Mr. Oru the Owanified movement cuts across party affiliations as it is a movement geared towards rescuing Cross River state from the present state of backwardness currently being experienced due to ineffective leadership.
Recall that the Owanified Movement is an initiative of the JOE media team which seeks to bring together like minded Cross Riverians who are advocate of good governance, effective representation and true democratic participation that ensures that the dividends of democracy is enjoyed by all asundry.
