GOV. AYADE RELAXES CURFEW FROM 8-4PM WITH EFFECT FROM TUESDAY

The governor of Cross River State has relaxed the 24-hour curfew imposed as he directed that from Tuesday, the curfew should be between the hours of 4pm to 8 am. This is contained in a release by the Chief Press Secretary.

According to the statement “Following a review of the security situation in the state, His Excellency, Governor Ben Ayade has directed that with effect from tomorrow, Tuesday, October 27, 2020, the curfew imposed in the state will now be between the hours of 4pm and 8am daily.”

It added that “Consequently, restriction of movement is hereby relaxed from 8am to 4pm”.
