The Cross River State government has lifted the curfew imposed on the state after the #EndSars protest was overtaken by looters and hoodlums.
This is contained in a press statement issued by the Chief Press Secretary to the governor, Christian Ita and obtained by Genuinereports.
According to the statement “Cross Riverians are free to go about their businesses without any hindrance whatsoever. Security Agencies will continue to discharge their duties.”
It added that “Cross Riverians are urged to cooperate with them to maintain the status of the state as one of the most peaceful.”
